This filter medium can be used in a variety of ways. Filter wool can be used as a water polisher at the end of your filtration, as a pre-filter or even as a filter guard inside and outside of internal and external filters.

Due to its nature of catching very fine particles it will need to be replaced regularly to avoid clogging.
