Shipping policy
We offer the following shipping options to mainland UK (excl. remote areas):
- Standard Shipping (3-4 business days) £3.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) £6.99
- DHL Parcels (1-2 business days, Mo-Fr) £6.99 (regional)
- DPD (1-2 business days, Mo-Fr) £8.99 (regional)
- Evri Leave Safe (3-4 business days) £4 (not used for standard shipping!)
Free standard shipping for orders over £39 for mainland UK (excluding remote areas).
We strive to despatch all orders placed before midday (12.00) the same day Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank Holidays.
Please note that some remote areas (including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands) might be charged higher. Some products or carriers might not be available for delivery to certain areas (excessively heavy shipments or pressurised CO2). The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
For our standard and express shipments we usually use Yodel / InPost, but depending on weight/size and regional availability reserver the right to use Royal Mail or DHL instead.
Evri - Leave Safe
We now offer Evri as a shipping option. Evri will NOT be used for Standard or Express shipping. It has to be specifically chosen by you during checkout. This option is only available within a specific weight and value band. This is a leave-safe option, which means it is your responsibility to be available on the day of delivery. Drivers might not ring the doorbell. We are not responsible for subsequent loss as long as the parcel gets delivered at the correct address. You have the option to divert the parcel to a shop collection or locker on the day of dispatch via Evri's tracking site. Nomination of a safe place and neighbours is possible during transit time.
